1. Scope of Commercial Export Agreements
These Terms & Conditions govern all bulk export orders, proforma invoices, and international supply contracts executed between SALTORA (Pakistani Himalayan Pink Salt Exporter) and commercial importers, distributors, or private label buyers worldwide.
2. Pricing, Quotations & Payment Terms
All order quotations are provided on FOB (Free On Board) Karachi Port / Port Qasim basis unless CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) is explicitly agreed upon in writing. Standard payment terms require 50% advance deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance upon presentation of ocean Bill of Lading (B/L) documents.
3. Quality Certification & Product Specifications
SALTORA guarantees that all Himalayan pink salt products supplied comply with 98.5%+ pure NaCl mineral grade, ISO 22000:2018 food safety standards, and Codex Alimentarius guidelines. SGS / PCSIR laboratory analysis reports are available for every export container load.
4. Packaging & OEM Private Label Customization
Packaging options include 25kg PP woven bags, 50kg bags, 1-Ton Jumbo Bags, and customized retail OEM packaging. Printed artwork proofs must be approved by the buyer prior to mass bag production.
5. Governing Law
Contracts and export shipments are governed by International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020) and applicable export laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
